All art is handled with gloves with meticulous care when packaged between sheets of tissue paper and bubble wrapped before being shipped in hard art tubes.
The cost of shipping artwork and delivery lead time may vary substantially depending on the country of destination. Average delivery time is 10 - 14 working days within South Africa and 14 – 21 working days for International deliveries. While every effort is made to dispatch your art timeously, postal or courier delays are not always in our control and we cannot be held responsible should your artwork be delayed. Please be aware that International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival in your country and these charges for customs clearance are for your expense. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Please ensure on receipt of your artwork and before you sign for the package that it is not puntured or damaged in any way. Should this be the case, please photograph it. Do not sign for your package until you confirm it has reached you in perfect condition.
In a clean space on a firm table, remove and handle the artwork only with the gloves that will have been provided in the tube. Be assured your art print will have been treated with this attention to care in the process of being printed and packaged to ensure it arrives at it's destination ready for your enjoyment. In the unlikely event of damage, report within 24hours of receipt with a photograph of the damage.
